Terms of Use

_Effective October 14, 2026._

These terms apply to the Ruff Life Business Hub (www.rufflifehub.com), the private internal portal of Ruff Life Dog Bones.

1. Who may use it. Only people invited by the Ruff Life Dog Bones owners. Accounts are personal; don't share your password or authenticator app.
2. Business use only. Use the Hub for Ruff Life Dog Bones work. Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share with the business.
3. Records. Google Sheets and Google Drive remain the business's official records. The Hub shows them and, with approval, files documents into them. Changes go through approvals and are recorded in the activity history.
4. AI assistants. Answers can be wrong. Check them before acting; they don't replace professional advice.
5. Google Drive. Connecting Google Drive is optional and done by an owner, who can disconnect it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what the Hub can and can't do in Drive.
6. Availability. The Hub is provided as is for the team's convenience and may change, pause or stop.
7. Access. The owners may switch off any account at any time.
8. Privacy. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
